Chefs of this Japanese Noodle (Soba) Restaurant were trained in Togakushi Village of Nagano Prefecture, Japan, a famous Soba restaurants place. Taste is really Japanese and Soba noodle itself is fresh. Not only Soba but they prepare other menu cooked by Soba Wheat (Buckwheat) flour.
